Usps first class tracking not updating

We have been dealing with this problem for countless months, wondering what is going on, refunding customers and shipping orders out again only to recently find out that almost always the package still gets delivered, as you can see below: As you can see, between the time we printed the label for this package and 15 days later when it got delivered, tracking shows nothing at all.
Other times, tracking will show that it was picked up, and there will also be no activity until it is delivered, as you can also see below.
For Western countries, you will see last tracking activity from New York location in the USA. You will receive it within the estimated delivery time.

*Please Note: UPS, Fed Ex and DHL do not ship out on weekends. The cost of the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and is non-refundable.
